The title doesn’t sound very flash does it 🙂 but this was delicious so thought I would put here. A great way to cook the older lamb chops, simple but flavoursome.
6 – 8 chops
1 large onion
2 good sized carrots, cut into chunks
3 sprigs rosemary, leaves removed
worcestor sauce, 1 1/2 tsp yeast extract, 1 1/2 tsp salt, black pepper
Brown chops in a large electric frying pan then add everything else. Simmer for 2 – 2 1/2 hours and thicken with a good gravy mix or flour
Served with sauteed green vegetables.
