Today I made another batch of chutney (recipe on blog) and froze quite a bit of grated zucchini for winter soups, quiche, vegetable fritters and ?. If anyone has any good recipes or ideas for zucchini I would like to know them! They just keep coming – we give vegetables away too but still have some leftover, I expect to be freezing these for some time yet.
